About the Role

In this role, you will be working as a Process Associate for IBM's BPO division, focusing on Order Management in the Healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field).
• Graduate with 0-1 year of experience in a Healthcare domain, with a strong understanding of healthcare processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in shifts, as needed, and handle queries through calls and email follow-ups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
