About the Role
In this role, you will be working as a Process Associate for IBM's BPO division, focusing on Order Management in the Healthcare domain. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, requests, and concerns, and providing accurate information to clients. You will be required to work in shifts, and your ability to handle queries through calls and email follow-ups will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities associated with Order management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions to mitigate risks and improve processes.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients, resolving inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance processes and services.
- Meet targets and deadlines, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field).
- Graduate with 0-1 year of experience in a Healthcare domain, with a strong understanding of healthcare processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in shifts, as needed, and handle queries through calls and email follow-ups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
