PROCESS DELIVERY SPECIALIST-PROCURE TO PAY

About the Role

As a Process Delivery Specialist in IBM's BPO division, you'll be working at the forefront of digital transformation, leveraging agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows to drive meaningful change for clients across various industries.

Within the Procure to Pay (P2P) team, your primary focus will be on transaction processing in Accounts Payable and vendor account management, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
• Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
• Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, and prioritize invoices to reduce aging and optimize cash flow.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and taking follow-up actions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and contribute to change management initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Commerce or related field.
• Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable.
• Ability to match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Self-directed and ambitious achiever with a strong work ethic.
• Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to change management initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to showcase excellent customer service.
