About the Role

As an Operations Executive at Icey, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with vendors and internal teams. You will play a critical role in maintaining the company's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and implementing inventory tracking systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices, manage inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics processes.
• Proficiency in using Shopify, Google Sheets, and Shiprocket for order management and inventory tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Certifications in inventory management, quality control, or supply chain management are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
