Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out Windows/Linux administration activities
2. Coordinate with telco operators and the datacenter helpdesk team to get issues resolved
3. Revert to inquiries and deal effectively with a broad range of issues
4. Obtain data to assist in the investigation and resolution of problems
5. Work on VPS creation
6. Work on managing the client's VMS and installing and configuring as required
7. Work on answering client support calls
8. Work on calling up clients and resolving their issues when a ticket comes in.
