Experienced Flutter Developer

About the Role

As an Experienced Flutter Developer at iEnergyIQ, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications that integrate with the company's EHS and ESG software platform, IENERGY NETZERO.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers, to translate business requirements into performant, scalable, and secure Flutter solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into performant, scalable, and secure Flutter solutions.
• Write clean, testable code and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues across Android and iOS devices.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for mobile development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, including experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Hands-on experience with mobile app architecture, RESTful and GraphQL API integration, and working with JSON and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift) concepts, including platform channels, app lifecycle, and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience with performance optimization, debugging, unit and integration testing, and using tools such as Firebase, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications, and collaborative development workflows in agile or scrum environments.
• Ability to work closely with designers to implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI, following modern design systems and UX best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of features from design through deployment and support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
