About the Role
As a Relationship Manager/Hub at IIFL Home Finance, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and market trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
