About the Role

As a CA-Fresher at IMA India, you will be responsible for assisting in financial analysis, compliance management, and financial planning. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to senior management. You will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to ensure the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Conduct research and gather data to support financial planning and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and financial models to analyze data.
• Identify areas of cost optimization and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist in due diligence and fraud prevention efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with financial software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
