About the Role

We are currently seeking a SUE Graduate Trainee Technician to join our team at IMEG in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

The SUE Graduate Trainee Technician will work closely with a US-based team of experienced Technicians and consultants to learn Engineering solutions and ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

The SUE Graduate Trainee Technician will be responsible for:

• Providing office production duties of all SUE activities for locations by subsurface utility equipment including geophysical prospecting for underground utilities.
• Supporting overall SUE field crew activities.
• Building a strong foundational knowledge base and developing the skills necessary to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Utilizing and learning design software relevant to the industry.
• Attending training sessions to further enhance technical skills and understanding of industry practices.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A B.S Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in the production of technical plans and specifications.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Basic knowledge in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite.
