About the Role
As a Property Sales Executive at Impian Global Media, you will be responsible for selling properties to clients in Dehradun. This involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and convincing them to purchase properties that meet their requirements.
You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and close deals. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue and contribute to the growth of the company.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by selling properties to clients in Dehradun
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with information about the properties
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients to close deals
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and share best practices
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the sales process
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
