About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the company's talent acquisition and culture strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive work environment. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR teams, department heads, and senior leadership. As a Talent & Culture Executive, you will be the driving force behind creating a culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity, such as training programs, team-building activities, and recognition schemes.
- Manage and maintain performance management systems, ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency in performance evaluations and compensation decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, design training programs, and measure their effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging challenges in talent management and culture development.
- Develop and manage budgets for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and HR service providers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in performance management systems, such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of financial management principles and practices, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Certifications in human resources, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are a plus.
