Financial Analyst

About the Role

This Financial Analyst role involves working on the development of roof systems for future car models with market leaders in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for managing month-end closing, preparing budgets and forecasts, and tracking financial performance against targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Perform account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and cost control activities.
• Maintain standard costs and analyze cost changes to support business profitability.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow-related activities.
• Prepare financial reports and support management decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance or Controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
