About the Role

As an IT Recruiter at Inclined Digital Private Limited, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various IT roles, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Contribute to the growth and development of the recruitment team

Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate (2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Recruitment
