About the Role

IndiaMART, India's largest B2B marketplace, is looking for ambitious AI enthusiasts to build intelligent systems and real-world products that impact millions of businesses across the country.

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about AI-driven product development, automation, and solving large-scale business problems using modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with experienced Product and Engineering teams while gaining hands-on exposure to technologies like LLMs, agentic systems, AI-assisted development tools, automation frameworks, and scalable software systems problems at genuine B2B scale.

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Build product features, internal tools, and intelligent workflows serving millions of users
• Develop AI agents and automated workflows using LLM APIs and AI frameworks
• Prototype and ship solutions rapidly using AI-assisted development tools
• Implement and maintain data pipelines for AI/ML systems
• Conduct code reviews and follow software engineering best practices
• Design feedback loops and monitoring systems to improve AI system performance

What You'll Need

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
• Strong CS fundamentals — Python, data structures, algorithms, system design thinking
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering concepts
• Familiarity with SDLC, software testing, and development best practices
