About the Role
As a Backend Developer at Infonode, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Node.js and SQL Server. Your primary focus will be on building robust REST APIs, optimizing database queries, and modeling complex data structures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js and SQL Server.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs to interact with frontend applications.
- Optimize database queries to improve performance and reduce latency.
- Model complex data structures using relational databases and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve backend systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Node.js and its ecosystem.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and API design principles.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in backend development.
