AI Engineers

About the Role

As an AI Engineer at Infosys, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI models that drive business value. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining data pipelines for training and inference, working on supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, and implementing NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning solutions.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to deploy models using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and monitor model performance for continuous improvements. Your work will involve data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation, as well as documenting models, processes, and experiments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business applications.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Work on supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms to develop accurate and scalable models.
• Implement NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning solutions to drive business value.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to deploy models and integrate with existing systems.
• Document models, processes, and experiments to ensure knowledge sharing and reuse.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with Machine Learning libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data manipulation tools (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering).
• Familiarity with Deep Learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of NLP or Computer Vision techniques.
• Experience in model deployment (APIs, microservices).
• Strong understanding of statistics and probability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
