About the Role

As a GenAI, Cloud & Backend Development professional at Infosys, you will be working on the development of cloud-based applications using AWS and Azure platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure backend systems, as well as ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality assurance and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and secure backend systems using AWS and Azure platforms.
• Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using Python and APIs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, and conduct technical risk planning.
• Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Python programming language.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI-Data science concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
• Understanding of APIs and their implementation.
• Experience with ServiceNow and its integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of testing tools and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of one or more estimation methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality processes.
• Basic understanding of business domain to understand business requirements.
