Healthcare Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Healthcare Business Analyst at Infosys, you will be working closely with clients to ensure high-quality solutions and services are delivered in the technology domain. This involves understanding client requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings.

You will be a key contributor to building efficient programs and systems, and will have the opportunity to work on digital transformation projects in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Understand client requirements and create and review designs to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Validate architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients.
• Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery.
• Conduct technical risk planning and perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
• Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Safe-Agile.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards.
• Experience with cloud data solutions design and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with RPA solution design and implementation is a plus.
