About the Role

This Specialist Programmer role at Infosys involves working on the cutting-edge of Generative AI, designing and developing enterprise-grade solutions that can ingest, retrieve, generate, and evaluate data. You'll be working with modern AI frameworks and tools to architect and implement Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications. Your expertise will be applied to develop Agentic AI solutions, optimize RAG pipelines, and fine-tune foundation models using various techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI applications covering data ingestion, retrieval, generation, and evaluation.
• Architect and implement LLM-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and tools.
• Develop Agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and Langfuse.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and reasoning.
• Fine-tune foundation models using instruction tuning and supervised fine-tuning techniques.
• Evaluate model performance and implement model engineering best practices.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Generative AI, AI applications, and Large Language Models.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and Langfuse.
• Knowledge of model engineering best practices and model performance evaluation.
