About the Role

This Junior Recruitment Trainee role is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to learn the ins and outs of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You'll be working closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using popular job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, qualifications, and role fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet the company's recruitment needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive company reputation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and recruitment campaigns to support employer branding initiatives.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and trackers to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
