About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Ingram Micro, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and testing enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Work with relational databases, write efficient SQL queries, and support data-driven application features.
• Participate actively in agile project teams, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
• Complete a structured training program covering cloud, data engineering, AI, ERP, and legacy systems.
• Follow best practices for clean code, version control with Git, unit testing, and technical documentation.
• Shadow senior engineers, ask thoughtful questions, and grow your technical depth through guided learning.
• Debug issues, analyze application logs, and propose solutions to real production challenges in a controlled environment.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C, C#, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience with databases, including Oracle DB and SQL.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and version control with Git.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• B.E / B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field.
