Intern - Industrial Trainee

About the Role

This role involves supporting the Business Finance team at InMobi, a global technology leader in advertising and consumer technology. As a CA Intern (Industrial Trainee / Article Assistant), you will work closely with business and finance leaders, focusing on financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and cross-functional finance initiatives across InMobi's advertising and platform businesses.

You will gain hands-on experience with real revenue, cost, and margin levers in a fast-paced global tech environment, working on tasks such as forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly activities including forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting (actuals vs. plan vs. forecast).
• Assist in business partnering for revenue and cost lines — preparing dashboards, P&L analysis, and deal economics for business stakeholders.
• Help analyze cloud/GCP cost trends, vendor spend, and operating cost optimization opportunities.
• Support reconciliations, billing reviews, and collections governance for the advertising reseller business.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, credit risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Completed 1 year of Articleship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and cross-functional finance initiatives.
