About the Role
This Inside Sales & Technical Support role at Inspiration Manpower Consultancy involves handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional support through various channels such as voice, chat, and email. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their technical issues.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product and engineering, to gather information and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide informed support to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through customer interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Support: Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Customer Handling: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers and internal teams.
- MS Office Basics: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
