About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and highly organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at Instawork.

In this role, you will get hands-on experience working on end-to-end recruitment, serving as the critical bridge between our hiring teams and prospective candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Support the full recruitment lifecycle for various open positions.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Source, screen, and make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Take ownership of lining up and scheduling interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
  • Candidate Communication: Manage ongoing follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, candidate statuses, and interview schedules.

What You'll Need

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and exceptional attention to detail (crucial for interview coordination).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
