About the Role
As a Warehouse Administrator at International Beauty Products Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate data entry, stock management, and timely documentation of shipments and receipts.
You will work closely with the operational team to maintain the accuracy of warehouse data and ensure seamless inventory management.
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or an individual with no prior experience, looking to kick-start their career in the business domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry for incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the operational team to ensure accurate data entry and inventory management.
- Manage documentation for shipments and receipts, including preparation of necessary paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as those set by the BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan).
- Develop and maintain a high level of discipline, integrity, and commitment to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy or a related field (minimum D3).
- Active STRTTK (Surat Tanda Registrasi Toko Kimia) certification.
- Understanding of BPOM regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
