About the Role
Join our team as a Marketing Designer Associate and contribute to the creation of engaging marketing materials.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing landing pages, ad creatives, emailers, and WhatsApp templates from concept to execution.
- Building modular, variable-driven templates for personalized creatives based on user data.
- Using AI tools to generate high volumes of copy, design, and layout variations, then evaluating and finalizing the most effective creatives.
- Running experiments by forming hypotheses, designing creative variants, analyzing results, and iterating based on performance.
- Writing sharp, conversion-focused copy tailored to a 17–24-year-old audience.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in wireframing, typography, UI & UX design, prototyping, and visual design.
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
