About the Role

This role involves working on various open vacancies at the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme, focusing on Assessment, Recruitment, and State Aid. You will be responsible for evaluating candidates, creating selection criteria, and guiding them through the application process. Your primary goal will be to ensure a fair and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates for various positions and create a shortlist based on their qualifications and experience.
• Develop and implement selection criteria for different job openings, ensuring they align with the company's needs and requirements.
• Guide candidates through the application process, providing them with necessary information and support.
• Assess the suitability of candidates for specific roles, taking into account State Aid regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Communicate with candidates, providing them with updates on the status of their applications.
• Document and maintain accurate records of the hiring process, including candidate information and application status.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of State Aid regulations and their application in the hiring process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR software and systems, such as recruitment management tools.
• Certification in HR or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
