Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and/or automated test cases to ensure the quality of software applications.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, and re-test fixes to ensure defects are resolved before release.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 0-1 years of related experience in software development or software testing.
• Basic understanding of SQL and its applications in software development.
• Good analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve defects.
• Ability to work in an Agile, globally distributed environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies, including JIRA and Agile ceremonies.
