About the Role
This Accountant & Admin role at iShivax involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, such as invoicing, payments, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for office administration, vendor coordination, and inventory management. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including GST and TDS compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of inventory, including stock levels and movement.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
