About the Role

In this internship role, you will work closely with the Career Services and Alumni Relations team at Istituto Marangoni to support the development and implementation of programs that foster connections between students, alumni, and industry professionals.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting in the planning and execution of career events, managing alumni networks, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of career events, workshops, and seminars for students and alumni.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of alumni contacts, events, and communications.
• Provide administrative support to the Career Services and Alumni Relations team, including data entry, email management, and report preparation.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with alumni and promote career-related content.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and develop new opportunities for career development and alumni engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends, job market analysis, and best practices in career services and alumni relations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of career-related programs, including mentorship initiatives and job fairs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, alumni, and industry professionals.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or business administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and alumni engagement.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in career services and alumni relations.
