Billing Specialist

About the Role

As a Billing Specialist at Jain Moulding Industries, you will be responsible for managing the company's billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers. This role involves maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and resolving any discrepancies in the billing cycle.

You will work closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer invoices, payments, and credits.
• Process and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and invoices.
• Perform data entry and maintenance of customer and supplier information in Tally ERP.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to billing and accounting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP.
• Knowledge of GST billing and taxation laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
