Hr Recruiter

About the Role

As an Hr Recruiter at JCSS CONSULTING PVT LTD, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidate recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Manage job postings, including creating job descriptions, setting salary ranges, and tracking application deadlines.
• Screen and filter resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for each role.
• Conduct phone or video interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule in-person interviews and provide them with candidate profiles.
• Onboard new employees, including providing them with necessary paperwork, benefits information, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate interactions, interview notes, and hiring decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR software, including HRIS, time and attendance systems, and performance management tools.
• Certifications in recruitment, HR, or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are a plus.
