SAP FICO Consultant

About the Role

As an SAP FICO Consultant at Jindal Stainless, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules within the SAP ERP system. Your day-to-day tasks will involve configuring and customizing FICO modules to meet the company's financial reporting and analysis needs.

You will work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules and provide training and support to end-users.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize FICO modules to meet business requirements
• Implement and maintain FICO data migration and conversion processes
• Develop and maintain FICO reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Provide training and support to end-users on FICO modules and functionality
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay up-to-date with SAP FICO best practices and industry trends

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and functionality
• Experience with SAP ERP system implementation and customization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• SAP FICO certification (desired)
