About the Role

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining computer networks, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and reliable. This role involves working with various network protocols, hardware, and software to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless local area networks (WLANs) to meet business requirements.
• Configure and manage network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and network interface cards.
• Implement and manage virtual private networks (VPNs) to ensure secure remote access.
• Monitor and analyze network performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement network security measures to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve network-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
• Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and network interface cards.
• Proficiency in network software, including network operating systems, network management tools, and security software.
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
