About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to customers through direct channels, such as door-to-door sales or through partnerships with other businesses. You will work closely with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide them with personalized solutions. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing insurance needs are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and attend sales meetings.
