Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or finance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with financial software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Data Management skills, including data entry, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Back Office Operations skills, including financial software, accounting, and bookkeeping.
  • Typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm.
