About the Role

As a Creative Designer at Jobrapido, you'll be responsible for crafting visually stunning and engaging designs that bring our brand to life in the AI and technology space. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that captivate our audience and drive business results. Your designs will be a key differentiator for our brand, and you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design visual elements for our brand, including logos, icons, and graphics.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create social media content, presentations, and motion graphics that drive engagement and conversions.
• Design and develop user interface (UI) elements, including layout, typography, and color theory, to create a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to inform our design decisions.
• Work with our AI tools to create data-driven design solutions that drive business results.
• Present design concepts and ideas to our cross-functional teams, and provide design recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve our design processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with AI tools and technologies, such as AI-powered design software or machine learning algorithms.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
