About the Role
In this role, you will be working with a team to provide top-notch customer service to international clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their interactions and ensuring their satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills will be put to the test as you navigate complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions about our services.
- Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer complaints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
