About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Igniting Minds Aerospace Pvt Ltd, you will be part of a dynamic aerospace manufacturing organization, where you will gain hands-on industry exposure in manufacturing aerospace tooling, mechanical assemblies, and precision components.

Working closely with experienced professionals, you will learn about tooling, CNC machining, fabrication, and quality inspection, contributing to high-quality aerospace projects that cater to global OEMs across the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in the comprehensive GET induction and training program to understand core aerospace manufacturing processes.
  • Assist senior manufacturing and tooling engineers in planning production activities and developing innovative tooling solutions.
  • Gain hands-on experience on the shop floor, observing and supporting operations on CNC/VMC milling machines and CMM inspection equipment.
  • Learn to read and interpret complex 3D models and engineering drawings for precision aerospace components.
  • Adhere strictly to the company's quality assurance protocols, ensuring all components meet rigorous aerospace compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with skilled operators, programmers, and quality managers to troubleshoot production challenges and improve manufacturing processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Recent engineering graduates holding a B.E. or B.Tech degree, primarily in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining technologies, and material science.
  • Basic familiarity with CAD software (like SolidWorks) and the ability to interpret engineering blueprints.
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with strong analytical skills to troubleshoot production challenges.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to document manufacturing processes and absorb mentorship guidance.
