About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve market knowledge.
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers, distributors, and internal teams to promote Kamdhenu Paints' products and services.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, sales prospecting, and negotiation.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of the paint industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
