- Build and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Analyse campaign, ad set, creative, and product-level data to identify what is working and what is not.
- Support the team in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Assist in creative performance analysis by identifying winning hooks, formats, creators, and messaging patterns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign inputs, landing page requirements, creative assets, and reporting needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, basic charts, and data cleaning.
- Strong numerical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work with large datasets and convert them into simple insights.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Prior exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, or marketing dashboards is a plus.
What You'll Learn

You will learn how performance marketing works in a high-growth D2C brand, how to analyse marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels, and how to evaluate creatives, funnels, and product-level performance.
You will also learn how growth teams use data to make budget, scaling, and optimisation decisions, and get hands-on experience with campaign reporting, ROAS tracking, and acquisition metrics.
