Accounts Assistant

About the Role

As an Accounts Assistant at KB Garments, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with bank reconciliation, cash management, and other finance-related tasks. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Manage cash flow and maintain accurate records of company transactions.
• Support the finance team in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company assets, liabilities, and equity.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tax returns and other financial reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its applications in financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software.
• Understanding of ERP systems and their role in financial management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
