About the Role
As a Walk-In Interview HR Intern at Keus Smart Home, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless hiring experiences for both candidates and the company. You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment events, including walk-in interviews and job fairs.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, provide interview feedback, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of recruitment processes, including candidate data and interview feedback.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs and team-building activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as recruitment management tools and time-tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
