About the Role
As a Brand Partnership executive at KINIMO, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships. Your day-to-day tasks will involve lead generation, cold calling, and networking to establish relationships with potential clients. You will also be required to develop and pitch proposals to secure partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through research, referrals, and networking to identify potential business partners.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure partnerships with key clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and client pitching.
- Develop and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of partnership with KINIMO.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and partnership development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation and business development.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms for outreach and networking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales software and tools, such as CRM systems and proposal development tools.
- Certification in sales or business development, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
