About the Role
As an HR Recruiter at KNOWPLICITY RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will involve screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage job postings, and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screening candidates through phone or video interviews to assess their skills and fit for the role
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
- Managing job postings on various platforms, including company websites and job boards
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions, including phone interviews, emails, and resumes
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
