About the Role
As a Phone Banking Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing customer service, and promoting products or services to customers over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions to effectively communicate with customers and meet sales targets.
- Meet performance metrics and sales targets, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Basic computer skills, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
