Junior Accounts Executive

About the Role

As a Junior Accounts Executive at KSKT Agromart Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate account reconciliations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting in bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and other accounting-related activities. This role is ideal for freshers with basic accounting knowledge who are eager to learn and grow in the field of commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks related to accounting and finance.
• Collaborate with the accounts team to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial records.
• Develop and implement processes to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key financial trends and insights.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP, including data entry and financial reporting.
• Accounting degree or certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
