About the Role
As a Salesforce QA Automation Professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for Salesforce applications using tools like Provar and Playwright. Your primary goal will be to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce-based products and services.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize test cases, create test scripts, and execute automated tests.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the existing test automation framework, collaborating with the development team to resolve defects, and providing feedback to improve the overall quality of the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts using Provar and Playwright to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce-based products and services.
- Identify and prioritize test cases based on business requirements and product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve the overall quality of the product.
- Maintain and improve the existing test automation framework to ensure it is efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
- Provide feedback to the development team to improve the quality of the product and ensure it meets business requirements.
- Execute automated tests and report defects to the development team.
- Develop and maintain documentation for test cases, test scripts, and test results.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Test Automation using Provar and/or other test automation tools.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with Playwright and/or other automation testing tools is a plus.
