About the Role

As a Corporate Compliance (Tax & Audit) professional at LAABDHI OUTSOURCE INDIA SERVICES PVT. LTD., you will be responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to tax laws and regulations, as well as conducting internal audits to identify areas of improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of tax laws, financial statements, and audit procedures. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including the Income Tax Act.
• Conduct statutory audits and prepare audit reports.
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement changes as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, including the Income Tax Act.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Knowledge of SAP and internal audit procedures.
• Winman and ZOHO skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
