About the Role
In this Customer Support Semi Voice Process role at Lavoro HR Solutions, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and customer complaints in Hindi. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service by resolving service requests and maintaining accurate service records.
You will work closely with service engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and customer complaints in Hindi, providing excellent customer service and resolving service requests in a timely manner.
- Work closely with service engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring that all service records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including service requests and resolutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Support: Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving service requests.
- Inbound Calls: Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls in Hindi.
- Customer Complaints: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints.
- Service Engineers: Ability to work closely with service engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Service Requests: Experience in handling and resolving service requests in a timely manner.
- Service Records: Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business or Communications).
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Certifications: Customer Service Certification or equivalent experience.
