About the Role
As a Face-to-Face Customer Support Executive at Lavoro HR Solutions, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in person to address their queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers. You will work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the customer support team to coordinate service requests and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
- Customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
